1 hour Personal Training
A one-on-one session customized to the needs and goals of the client. Sessions may include stretching, core, strength training, cardio, balance
training, etc.
½ hour Personal Training
An express one-on-one session customized to the needs and goals of the client. Sessions may include stretching, core, strength training, cardio,
balance training etc.
Program Design
During this session, the trainer will design a fitness program based on the client’s needs and goals. Clients can use the program on their
own time. The types of programs that can be customized are: cardio, strength training, flexibility/stretching, marathon/running /walking, to name
a few.
1/2 hour Stretching
A relaxing session for the client in which the trainer will stretch the client to relieve tight and overused muscles.
Simply CORE
30 minutes of one-on-one work with trainer focused on core work and posture.
Post Rehabilitation
This is designed for someone who has just “graduated” from physical therapy. These sessions are 30-40 minutes based on the
abilities of the client. The personal trainer works with the client’s Physical Therapist to transition the client back in to everyday workouts.
